Greetings Kirletians...

Appologise for the late report and not being around much this week. But the weather has drawn me outside (its been sunny here for about a week), being a typical Brit, i like to make the most of the Sun whilst its out. We don't see it that much here ;) Lol....just kidding. But yes......i have been very busy this past 2 weeks.

Anyway.......here we go......hold onto your pants ;))

1. Jedi Knight 3 Unveiled!! - This is taken from the DB news page, i just thought i'd include it for those who do not read it much :-
   

That's right, we waited 5 years for JK2 and now JK3 has been announced less than a year after its predecessor was released!

You can see all the news (and a few screenshots!) at www.jediknightii.net

A few highlights I will point out are: Kyle Katarn is no longer the main character, 70% of the game will be played using the lightsaber, and it is slated for a Fall 2003 release.

I hope this will be as much fun and interesting as Jedi Outcast. Check it out, have a say? Discuss this over the House mailing list if you so wish ;)

1. Phase II deadline - If you read the mail from SWL Drako you'll notice that Phase II ends tomorrow @ 11.59pm. So check the GJW site checklist, and make sure you have done all that you can. Every submission is 1 point atleast, and every point counts. This means that i myself will be doing my final submissions tomorrow after i have come home. I will be on mIRC, but remember that i will be busy. Message me if you need some help, or advice, but please be patient as i could doing graphics or something :)

2. Pat on the Back! - Hopefully to boost morale a bit round the House, i would like to say a huge 'Congrats' for all those who took part in Phase 1, and also are taking part in Phase II. I am pleased with what efforts have been made by the members of the House thus far and still are making in this Comp. Win or Lose, 1st or 2nd place, it does not matter so much anymore. The point is that those who have been working hard for the House will have no shame at the end of the GJW. Just knowing you have 'given' is what matters! So congrats and keep up the good work Kirleta!

Its not the winning.......its the taking part that counts ;)

1. 2 vs 2 Comp - Dufar - i do appologise mate, but my busy 2 weeks have caused me to neglect this. Catch me on mIRC tomorrow, and we will get the ball rolling on this. We'll also have to devise a wee ladder so we can keep track of round winners and match up's, and also devise a way to pick the teams. I have a good idea about how to do this and i will run it by you tomorrow :)

Final Fling......

Great work from this House this week and last week. Exellent! Even if we do not win, i think we can all look back and say " atleast we gave it our best! " <

and thats the main thing to remember here peeps. If you had fun along the way, thats also an added bonus. If not........then hey, don't worry, it happens, maybe the next one will be more enjoyable.

As i said, i'll be around tomorrow for anyone who wants to word about anything DB or real life. I have and open door policy, so don't be shy ;D
