On a lark, I decided to scan through the various leadership positions, from Dark Council down, to see who had followed DGM Mairin's order to take the Leadership test. The following is a list of everyone who has not taken the test:

Dark Council Assistants: Sith Bloodfyre, Knight Camile, Cuchulain, Sabé Dracaena, Timeros Caesus Entar

This is fairly sad, especially the number of people on the Dark Council who have not taken this simple test. Remember, "Consuls, Proconsuls, Quaestors, Aediles and Battleteam Leaders who have not taken and passed the test by the end of the year will be prevented from being promoted positionally until such time as they have." Sith Flight Leaders are not strictly leadership, but if such people wish to one day become a Sith Commander, they will need the test.

The test is fairly simple, so I recommend taking it if you ever wish to be promoted. I say this especially to a certain Praetor I know :P
