I have a few announcements for all of you out there so read on for more information. Don’t forget about the Tenixir Prison Break competition series. I look forward to hearing from folks on some of these announcements and seeing competition results!

Scions of Ragnos and Wiki

One way of recognizing members and their activity and contributions is through IC titles and duties. We have a few examples of people really taking the lead in these areas and I wish to recognize them. Thus as of this day, I am (re)instituting the role of Scion of Ragnos, a term of honor from the days of the Disciples of Ragnos under Warlord Ashura. These are not permanent, as they are mostly based on activity. But some folks will remain on this list for longer periods of time.

• Mystic Hilgrif: One of our most active members, GMRG boss, and sole Verpine
• Battlelord Hades: Our current HMR fleet “admiral”, critical in the return to Orian
• Warlord Ciara Tearnan Rothwell Tarentae: Again one of our most active members in the house and clan, and insanely busy throughout the DB
• Warlord Ashura Isradia Sadow: Honorary member as the founder of the Disciples of Ragnos
• Grand Master Muz Ashen Keibatsu: Honorary member as former House Quaestor and Brotherhood Grand Master

This list will be maintained on the HMR Wiki, which has been updated with recent changes and some small tweaks. As with anything I do, let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

I need an Aedile!

Yes, as I have moved from AED to QUA, it is time to refill my old shoes. I see the main duties of the QUA being the strategic lead for the House as well as the optimal touch point for any membership issues or questions, including recognition and welcoming newcomers. That means the AED needs to help drive some of the plot and story as well as competitions. The AED should also be willing and able to step in as QUA should something happen to me. Both roles work closely with the rest of the CNS summit and HSD leadership.

So please look at the qualifications and requirements herein, and send an email to me with your application by April 17 (if the right applicant comes forward, I may move more quickly than this date). I do not have a preferred format, but I like to see some energy put into it. This is open to anyone in the Brotherhood, but I will favor someone who has been in CNS for a bit. Just know that I came from outside CNS, so if you’re considering it and have a good reason and story, do the thing.

Duties:

• Be a positive influence and good example to all members of the Clan and House.
• Assist with and drive House lore and competitions.
• Help maintain House and Clan fiction, wiki, and other artifacts.
• Step in and perform QUA duties if needed.

Requirements:

• 12-hour email turnaround
• Telegram access (with quick turnaround - we use this for a LOT of planning)
• Shadow Academy Leadership and Communications degrees and courses preferred (please list them)
• A fun and positive attitude - we’re all here for fun afterall
