Applications Open for Battleteam Leader of Voidbreaker

Shiver me space timbers! Our spiky captain, Karran Val’teo has served with distinction, but alas the crosswinds of RL (bebbeh!) have forced him to step down. He leaves some spiky shoes to fill, and mayhaps You might be the one to fill them? Given that the BTL position is considered an intro-level leadership position, the expectations are less rigorous. The BTL will work closely with the House Summit in order to devise the fictional direction of Voidbreaker.

Responsibilities include:
* Assist the House Summit in fostering activity
* Communicate personally with the members of the Battleteam
* Assist in running comps and other activities to help keep members engaged
* Lead a fearsome crew to plunder the booty
* Fetch caf for the Quaestor and Aedile

What We’re Looking For:
* Someone who is reasonably active on Telegram, with a 24 hour turnaround time for all TG messages and emails
* A willingness to lead by example by organizing/participating in at least 5 competitions per month
* A willingness to work as part of a team
* Willingness to run, or co-run Battleteam RP events (not a hard requirement, but a definite merit!)
* Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not a requirement
