Greetings!

Nominations were held upon our appointment to Clan status, giving everyone a fair chance to suggest receivers of the Councillor of Urr title with the optional Urr surname. After nominations were held, the names were brought before a majority vote within the Clan Odan-Urr Summit. This provided us with a clean, efficient method to select recipients while giving our members the chance to have a voice to the suggestions. In an effort to reveal what lies within our foundations and the processes involved, I hope this sheds some light on how we're advancing.

As mentioned previously, these members were chosen on a variety of factors that are vague in detail. While the Councillors of Urr wiki page lists all of the hard requirements and a more in-depth look at our processes, this award is held above Sacramentals and Promotions. Those who go above the listed expectations will have the highest change at getting the award. Having the Councillor of Urr title does not make anyone more or less important in Odan-Urr, and all have a fair chance at being nominated and voted for in future selections. Continue to give the Clan your best, through participation, projects, leadership or guiding new members and you will boost your chances at the next selection.

Please congratulate Ji, Solari, Liam Torun and Echo-1 for their honorific of the title. These members are all paragons in the Clan, and their dedication has never faltered. I would also like to thank the entire Clan for selecting myself, A'lora Kituri, to hold this honorific, as well.
