How do you do, fellow kids? Emissary Erinyes here with a question for you: What grinds your gears about the DB?

My job on the Council is to handle recruitment and retention. Those are just fancy terms for bringing people into the club and keeping them here. Our community is how the Brotherhood has remained strong for the past thirty years, and it's how we'll keep going for years more.

One of the biggest hurdles the Emissary Staff faces is making sure people really get stuck into the Brotherhood. We like to focus on what keeps people coming back, but I've been guilty of not focusing enough on what makes it difficulty for people to get invested in the club in the first place.

So, the Emissary and Headmaster Staffs are, together, asking once again for your input—especially if you're a relatively new member, who's maybe only been here a few months, or at most a couple of years. What would you like to see the Brotherhood do better?
