Andrelious J. Inahj | Case 061: LoR Removal

Members of the Brotherhood -

I hereby announce the removal of the Letter of Reprimand (Case 061) from the dossier of Andrelious J. Inahj.

As a reminder, Letters of Reprimand can be removed only if the following criteria are met:

  • The Justicar determines that the member has been completely rehabilitated;
  • At least two years have passed; and
  • The Justicar and Grand Master agree that there is no future benefit to having a public reference of the conviction on the member's dossier.
  • The Covenant allows for the removal of the LoR, but that does not delete the case itself and record of the conviction from the CoJ records.

The Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master, and I were approached by Andrelious to consider the removal of the LoR on his dossier. For those of you that may be unfamiliar with Andrelious' case, the information may be found on the wiki: CoJ Case 061. The requisite time has passed, making Andrelious eligible for the LoR removal.

Andrelious provided a statement pertaining to his understanding regarding the case itself, the repercussions, and his activity since. What we were able to confirm was not only that his understanding was correct, but he has demonstrated an ability to run competitions properly in the time since, and even going back to run the same themed series that led to the initial case without issue. In this case, it was the integrity of competition runner that was brought into breach. We have seen that he has been able to restore that integrity. At this point, there is no reason to keep the LoR on his dossier as a reminder to this initial failing. I found his statements regarding this to be sincere and that he is rehabilitated of any issues pertaining to his CoJ case.

We have therefore decided to GRANT Andrelious' request to have his Letter of Reprimand in this case removed.

Thank you,

Thane "Atra" Skotos, Justicar

Congratulations Andrelious!!!!
