After much deliberation, I have decided to open both Consul and Proconsul of Arcona to applications. I will select a Consul, who will then choose a Proconsul, either based on applications received for Arcona CON or through their own process. There is no minimum rank or experience required, but some experience with clan leadership is important and experience in Arcona is a plus. In your application, focus on the responsibilities of a Consul, and just explain what type of leader you'd be and what your approach would be to leading Clan Arcona specifically.
Submit your applications to me and Atra by January 27. In the meantime, Zuza Lottson will serve as acting Consul of Arcona.

I assume the reason for the decision is top level classified and will never see the light of day.
