The time has come to open applications for the appeals panel, in which three spots are now open. If you don't know what the Panel is all about, I strongly urge you to seek out some wiki knowledge or take the CoJ exams, which I consider a prerequisite at any rate.
What we've gotten away from is having one Dark Council member on the Panel, which was me trying to give normal members a shot at having a solid position. But at this point in time I am now asking the Over Clan to send me your applications as well. You all have until the end of next week to send me your applications, including reasons why I should trust you with the authority to override a Chamber decision. Good luck everyone.

As a prospective appeals panel member, I preemptively vote for Sarin to be demoted to APP for high crimes and treason :P
Eh, Appeals has no power. Do you know how many times I tried to summarily judge and enforce such decisions? A lot. :P
