Unfortunate, but I applaud the professionalism of the Justicar and his staff.

I personally think it's excellent that we're confronting behavior like this. For a long time, a lot of members got away with being crass, abusive, and just downright toxic to each other. As said in the verdict, freedom of speech is one thing - vulgarity and targeted insults are a whole other ball park.

Thank you to Bubba and his band of merry men, as always, for your hard work.

After reading the case and such, i agree with the verdict. Good job.

I do understand though why his was upset as WoW had been requested multiple times over the years to be a platform, like swg and swtor were classified. Only difference was swg and wow were nixed because of the pay to play and the ease to super power your tunes through ebay purchases which fell in the classification of cheating.

With swtor, it isn't a fully pay to play platform, and as of about a year ago i believe, wow has gone the same trend.

Besides that, i still agree with the judgement and hope the defendant learns from this and betters himself ince again

This is very sad to see. Having been a toxic member myself not too far in the past, it is painful to see what is said and done just because you dont agree with someone.

We are all one big family here with a plethora of different cultures, opinions and ethics mixed in there, disputes are bound to happen. But if you are unable to see past a dispute and continue to verbally assualt a member without slowing down, the nature of the problem has to be deeper than what we can see.

Words do hurt, especially when they come unnanounced. I can only hope that everyone, including the defendant, can learn from this and realize that its not ok to be like this.
