DC Apps: New Headmaster

First off, thank you to everyone who applied for the open position of Headmaster. It's always nice when actual decisions have to be weighed and compared.

With that said, when doors close, sometimes you leave a window open. Or a Windos in this case.

Having served as Headmaster before, Windos has demonstrated a strength and understanding within the role. Along with that comes confidence in his ability to deliver. We look forward to seeing what comes of the ideas he has presented and those that were already in flight.
