DC Apps: Open for Headmaster

As Turel has decided to step down to pursue Consul in Odan-Urr, we are left needing to hire a new Headmaster.

Please send your applications via email to me and Idris no later than August 6th with "[Application]" in your subject line. If you do not receive email confirmation of receipt, we probably didn't get it.

What are we looking for?

• The job has changed somewhat from what it used be. Review an overview of the position on the wiki.
• Experience on the Shadow Academy staff, particularly in the last ten years.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work on a leadership team.
  
• Ability to manage the largest staff on the DC. Though much smaller than it used to be, the HM still manages about twice as many people as any other DCer.
• Ideas on how the SA can be improved to better serve the community.
  
• No rank requirement, but as rank often is reflective of experience focus on the experience.
  

Keep in mind that while HM is not the new member experience DCer any more, they work with the Emissary in this regard. Beyond this, HM has an important role to play in ensuring that our new members have easy access to effective learning tools and information about the club.
