When reviewing the Phase I entries for the war, it was discovered that in at least one instance a member had filled out their submission and entered it into the system without an attachment. As we identified a good faith attempt to process the submission, and were able to have the member produce the entry immediately (ie. not hastily prepare one to give to us), we will be making an exception in this case and any others we might find during Phase I grading that match this scenario.

At this time no other instances have been found and those affected have been engaged. That said, we will not be doing the same for Phase II and Event Long entries. This is a public reminder to verify that your attachments have been uploaded and are paired to your entry. You can do this by returning to the competition screen and clicking the link to view your attached/uploaded file. If there are no attachments for comps in Phase II and Event Long, they will be disqualified.
