The Council had once again gathered to discuss the conflict ahead. To prepare themselves. This was the final call, their Geonosis. Once this boundary was crossed, there was no going back. This time, they gathered in an out-of-the-way office overlooking the docking arms of the skyhook far in the skies above Eos, where their legions were staged for the conflict to come.

Separate from the others, Uji stood, his brown eyes transfixed on those who meandered below. While the others plotted and planned, Uji watched. As they argued, he calculated the costs. Not in cold, hard credits, nor in hardware, those were the concerns of someone like Thran, but instead Uji carried the weight of the lives cost, the time sunk into training, the bonds forged, only to be severed.

“...And what does the Fist take away from this?” A voice called out from the back of the room, drawing Uji back to the conversation of the others.

“That many will die in the coming days.” The Fist solemnly replied as he turned toward the conference table and slowly walked to join the others.

“But we will do what must be done. If one hundred lives are lost today, ten thousand can be saved tomorrow, assuming everything you have told us is true.” Uji’s eyes narrowed at the last, focused on a recent addition to the room.

• The Brotherhood prepares to navigate to Cor’neria with a surprise ally

Cor'neria

As a reminder, this conflict is taking place in Cor'neria System, a small solar system, home to a singular planet with a few satellite moons. Highlights of the system include:

• Combat zones in Space, Lunar, and Planetary settings
• Military Compound the size of a small city, with a smaller city in its literal shadow
• Ship yards, pumping out new ships and repairing damaged ones
• Two moons named after the same person, housing:
• A weapons development and manufacturing site in low gravity
• Cyberpunk dystopian shock trooper creation labs
