“Kamjin and Idris will not be joining us. ” The Grandmaster began as he moved towards his throne and took a seat ahead of the others.

“Have we verified the information from Strategic Tactical AI Resource?” The golden-eyed Firrerreo queried, eyes locked on a projection of the Cor’neria system.

Turel coughed and tapped his datapad, as images burst to life along the projection of Cor’neria. Another tap, and several of them flashed in highlight before they expanded.

“S.T.A.R. provided us with several conclusive pieces of evidence around the system, points of interest, and one location we assume to be Rath’s command center. Reports from Inquisitorius agents and local pirates back up everything the A.I. communicated in its final moments.” The Headmaster reported, as additional photos spun out from the highlighted areas detailing Inquisitorius reports.

Masahiro tapped his ruby-capped cane and nodded with Turel’s assessment.

“Despite some of the ongoing disputes within their own borders, I can’t foresee the Clans having any particular conflicts in enjoining our efforts against the Collective in Cor’neria. They have been a collective pain in all of our—” The Voice started, only to be cut off.

“I see we’re finally planning to go kick those religious, single-minded zealots out of our galaxy? Oh, wait, you were talking about the Collective. My brain was elsewhere.” Fashionably late, as ever, the Headmaster’s sister sauntered into the meeting from a hidden doorway, gaze fixed on the holoprojector.

Renatus sighed loudly, which prompted Uji to disrupt the burgeoning argument between the Voice and Herald. The Fist pounded his cane firmly and cast the pair a gaze.

We are roughly one week out from the start of the Seventeenth Great Jedi War: Animus. This prologue is a dive into state the leadership of both The Brotherhood and The Collective ahead of their long awaited reckoning.

• Thane and Uji share a moment of peace on a long repulsorlift ride.
• The Council meets and recounts what they have learned regarding The Collective.
• A question of what to offer the Clans for their assistance is raised.
• Dacien's whereabout have been ascertained.
• Idris and Kamjin broker a peace between the Severian Principate and Tenixir Revenants.
• Rath's lives up to his name, going on a wrathful display.
• Varryn Antillus distances himself from the Lord Superior.

In addition to the prologue, we are releasing our initial reports on the Cor'neria System DBWiki Page, so you can all begin to get familiar with the locale. It is a small solar system, home to a singular planet with a few satellite moons. As further reports come back from the Inquisitorius agents and Syndicate dealings in the system, we'll provide more intelligence. For now though, the best hits of the system include!

• Military Compound the size of a small city, with a smaller city in its literal shadow
• Ship yards, pumping out new ships and repairing damaged ones

• A weapons development and manufacturing site in low gravity

And since we've had nearly a dozen new joins in the last 2-3 weeks, I will bump this incase anyone missed it: Now that we are one week out, the Unit Transfer Ban, as detailed by Idris is now in effect until after the completion of War.
