When we hired Arch for a second term as Headmaster, we knew it would only be temporary. As he is ready to take flight again, we're in the market for a new Headmaster.

What are we looking for?

• The job has changed somewhat from what it used be. Review an overview of the position on the wiki and read Arch's report talking about the changes.
  
• Experience on the Shadow Academy staff, particularly in the last ten years.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work on a leadership team.
  
• Ability to manage the largest staff on the DC. Though much smaller than it used to be, the HM still manages about twice as many people as any other DCer.
• Ideas on how the SA can be improved to better serve the community.
  
• No rank requirement, but as rank often is reflective of experience focus on the experience.
  

Keep in mind that HM is not the new member experience DCer any more. Emissary has taken over that responsibility. However, HM still has an important role to play in ensuring that our new members have easy access to effective learning tools and information about the club.
