Good day, my friends.
On December 22, the terms of both Right Hand of Justice Montresor and Left Hand of Justice Bloodfyre will come to an end. Hands are permitted to serve one year terms in each of the positions before they are forced to take an eighteen month break. Monty has served back to back both as LHoJ and RHoJ. BF is opting to take a well-deserved break after his year at LHoJ.
I have been more than pleased with the performance of both BF and Monty. The membership does not have the inside track to see everything that is done in the CoJ, but there is a lot and I depend on my Hands a great deal. These two have never disappointed. I have expressed to each that I will miss having them on my staff and am grateful for their efforts. I hope you will join me in making a comment expressing your thanks for their service. They will stay on until December 31, and the new hands will start up on Jan 1.
At this time, I am opening up applications for both the LHoJ and RHoJ positions. These positions are comparable to a Praetor position and carry many of the same types of responsibilities. The hands are literally and figuratively extensions of the Justicar and the CoJ. I choose people that are mature, responsible, and hard working. If that is you, I want you to apply.
As with the Appeals panel, I have created a Google form for you to fill out for the application. Please read the intro on the form for more insight into the positions.
You may apply by filling out this form. Applications are due Sunday, December 18, 2016, at 11:59 PM est. The earlier you get your application in, the more excited I assume you are to work with me.

Thanks all! Should be interesting to see who takes on the positions. The cases haven't exactly been fun in the history of the DB but it seems quiet. I hope you all have boring careers!
