We received two applications for COU CON. After considering our options, Atra and I have decided to appoint the current PCON, Gui-of-Many-Names as the next Consul. Everyone please congratulate Gui and also thank Revak for his more than two years at the helm. It's not an easy job but he did it well.

I'll leave it to Gui to introduce himself and announce his plans for PCON.
