New Policy: Letter of Reprimand Removal Policy

All,

On the heels of yesterday's announcement of the removal of the first Letter of Reprimand under the new Covenant, I have created a policy outline to help members request an LoR removal in the appropriate manner.

Two members have sent me requests for LoR removals in the last 24 hours. I will let you know tonight if I need you to re-do your application in accordance with this new policy.

UPDATE: I added some additional notes to clarify what effect the removal of a LoR has on the ability to obtain certain positions.

Two things:

1) This is huge, and such a wonderful thing. Congrats to Sam, and appreciation to Jac et al for this. 2) It says on the Wiki that this policy was created January 25, 2016. Should it say 2017, instead?
