In recent months, Wolfe has made us aware of issues pertaining to his ability to commit fully within the role of Consul. Not enough to require a full withdrawal from Summit, but enough to be impactful. This isn't an easy thing to do and takes a great level of personal understanding. I respect it a lot and that he was confident enough to come to us about it.

Luckily, we have an easy solution! In talking to both Wolfe and Miho, we have decided to proceed with a pivot in the current COU leadership. Miho will become CON and Wolfe will become PCON.
