Hello all,

Since it's been asked a couple times, we'd like to clarify the start date for cycle 3. We opted to delay the start since it would be, as they say, a bit of poor form to put out a survey to change seasons to better fit the member experience and then steamroll out with an unchanged cycle.

It is our intent to find a balance between cycle 2 and cycle 1 as well as any feedback we can immediately incorporate.

The start date for Cycle 3 will be September 15th. Look forward to it!
