Members of the Dark Brotherhood,

Rian Taldrya has joined the Dark Council as Herald, and as such, is unable to finish out his two year term on the Star Chamber. We thank Rian for his service to the club and look forward to what he will accomplish as Herald. With Rian's departure, we have a vacancy on the Star Chamber that must be filled.

Section 3.02 of the Covenant, Membership in the Star Chamber, details the requirements for the selection process of new Temporary Voting Members. The nomination fell to me during this period and the Star Chamber held a week of discussions on the matter.

I am happy to announce the selection of Adept Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar as our newest Star Chamber member. Sang will serve out the remainder of the previous Temporary Voting Member's term, a period ending on 5/15/2022.

For those who are interested, no permanent voting member issued a veto during this selection process.
