Members of the Dark Brotherhood,

Master Bentre Stahoes has completed his year term as a temporary voting member of the Star Chamber. Bentre's term was necessarily abbreviated to stay compliant with the Covenant, but that should not diminish the amount of importance that this work holds. Please take this time to thank him for his service to our club and his continued dedication to our membership. It is an important and often overlooked aspect of the club, as it operates behind the scenes and without fanfare. Bentre brought his wealth of experience, good judgement and love for the club to bear in his duties there. For this service to the Brotherhood, he was awarded a Grand Cross.

Section 3.02 of the Covenant, Membership in the Star Chamber, details the requirements for the selection process of new Temporary Voting Members. The nomination fell to myself during this period and the Star Chamber held a week of discussions on the matter.

I am pleased to announce the selection of Governor Tierra Suha’sen as our newest member. Tierra was previously known by the Brotherhood for service as Deputy Grand Master (as V’yr Vorsa) and as Herald (as Morgan B. Sorenn). They will replace Master Bentre Stahoes and will serve for a period of two years, backdated from May 4th.

For those who are interested, no permanent voting member issued a veto during this selection process.
