The Grand Masters are providing conflicting stories about who is right and who is wrong. Who is just and who is unjust. Being bad bad Dark Jedi means that we, the readers, shouldn't trust either one of them, at least not yet. Esoteric on the other hand, is just bad. He blames and hates most of you.
