Annual Pazaak Playoff!

Hey folks! It's that time again! The time where members of the Brotherhood gather around the pazaak tables and compete for bragging rights and a major competition crescent.

My annual Pazaak Playoff is just around the corner and signups are live! As always, this will be played in a ladder format, pitting members against randomly chosen opponents from the Brotherhood. The ladder will be hosted on challonge.com and the live link will be posted to the ladder as soon as signups close and the ladder is created.

And signups will be available until the 16th when the ladder will be created and the tournament will go live. You will not be allowed to enter after this date, so get your name in early to avoid disappointment. Last year we began at second level crescents but easily reached the ten participant limit and upgraded the award to first level, so the more people we have, the higher the stakes! Please make sure you play best of 5 rounds

If you're new to the game, sign up at www.pazaak.org/play so you can join in the fun. As soon as the event starts, play your games with your opponent as soon as possible. You will have a one week time limit to play your match. This is described more in detail on the subscription page. There will be crescents for first, second and third so come one, come all! You don't get anywhere without trying.

Also to our journeymen, a crescent of any type is a great way to shoot for that next promotion. See how well you do and aim for that top prize! All match results should be reported via the telegram bot for clusters of fire (when asked for which competition, choose NONE) and emailed to both Laren Uscot and I ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]/[Log in to view e-mail addresses]) so we can keep track and update the ladder.
