GMRG Competition Deletion

After reviewing the setup I have decided to remove the Heroes of the Storm Quickplay Competition.

I did this primarily because the site does not maintain screenshots for gaming competitions so there will be no way to validate any grading errors at the end.

I will not be replacing this event with anything.

I do not like to cancel comps. But I will do it if I believe the events are not up to par, can be exploited, or are simply too complicated.
