I want to run more competitions, but its difficult to find game related items to use that don't almost guarantee a victory to long term players. I was really hoping for more of the IG-88 construction type events. Something like that I could work with...
Maybe you could do a competition for the first person to level up a certain character to Tier 3/4 from Tier 1 with screenshots all the way through etc? I don't know, just getting desperate for ideas here!
Alot of long term players have T4/5 chars and more energy which makes grinding for xp and promotion items easy for us and would give us an unfair advantage in a char lvling comp. Even if we lvled a fresh character it would be a huge difference on time taken. Arena battles are the same the long term players like myself already have over 200 wins and i dont think there is a way to reset the counter. So special events might be the only option at this point. Unless we have a comp where it is split into divisions based on overall game level. 1 to 5 compete against each other 10 to 15 or something like that.
