Associated competitions for both the Star Wars Commander and Star Wars Galactic Defense Events are included in this News Post as well.

Star Wars Commander

Tomorrow Star Wars Commander will begin the Incendiary Tournament. During this Tournament Twi'lek Incinerators will be 50% off. As with all Commander events you'll be able to earn Event Points to buy upgrades to your units. Standard DJB Star Wars Commander Tournament style Competition will be run, best placement % in the tournament wins.

Yesterday Star Wars Galactic Defense began the Undying Grudge event. The reward champion for this event is Zeb, a Light Side melee champion with an area damage melee special move. Agent Kallus is the Dark Side champion available through recruitment pods. Normally he functions as a ranged champion, but his special causes his to use melee attacks for 10 seconds.

This event is not one of the Arena based ones, it focuses on the standard maps with challenge waves at the end. Again, the standard DJB Galactic Defense Competition will be run, most total event points over all 5 days wins.

Still can't run the GD events as it crashes regularly on my iPad. Doesn't sound like an uncommon error according to the iTunes reviews recently as many have had the same issue. Once it's fixed, I'll be back playing.

Try deleting and reinstalling. I had to do that with Star Wars Commander to get it working.

I deleted and installed. didnt work. Thers a tonload of issues with GD atm that seems to have been around for awhile. IT makes it unplayable, as you cant have more then two waves on your screen at any time or the whole game just crashes. IT'll take your energy and tickets etc but you get nothing back for it. So also gonna sit back and wait till the issue gets resolved before playing again ^^
