The sixth Galactic Tournament began in the Star Wars Commander App earlier today. Based on the in game timer it will run for about 4 days. We will be running a Competition for this event similar to previous ones. CF rewards based on the Tier you reach and placement based on best %. The following rewards will be available for purchase with Event Points:

• Shock Trooper upgrades
• MTV-7 upgrades
• VT-49 upgrades
• Johar Kessen upgrades
• Credit and Alloy Packs

The Competition associated with this event will follow the standard format utilized during previous tournaments. I've just submitted it to the MAA Office and it will be going live once they have a few minutes to approve.

Shortly after posting this News piece I realized that Star Wars Galactic Defense also started a new Event today! This one is called Jedi Hunt. You can earn Resurrected Darth Maul as a Dark Side Champion or purchase Old Ben Kenobi as a Light Side Champion in Carbonite Packs. Just like the Commander App this competition will be live soon.
