A New Tal CON

Hello everyone,

As mentioned in his news post earlier today, following discussion with Atra and myself, Ood has resigned from Consul of Taldryan. I want to thank Ood for his year and a half of service as Consul.

We have decided to give Consul to Narman Losa aka Wade. Wade has been doing great work proving himself while serving as Proconsul. Congratulations Wade! Expect to see a news post from him shortly.
