Welcome to this month’s Consul Report! Let’s get to it!
There is not much news to report other than what’s been going on with the wiki. Thanks to Mauro’s hard work, as you might’ve seen in his September report, we’ve gone through the wiki pages associated with CSP. Pages with info on retired Battle Teams and Houses have been retired. The main CSP military page has been updated to include the updates made to the military in general.
We’ve definitely accomplished a lot thanks to Mauro, but there is more work to be done. The Empire’s Chosen page has been created, and will over time need to be filled with new information as the House continues to grow and develop its identity and history. CSP’s History page has been “mothballed” for now to be updated later. I know our history is something that helps new members learn more about the Clan and what it’s been through, so we definitely won’t forget it. The main CSP page is mostly up to date. This is where all of you come in. Everyone is invited to join the wiki committee to help in updating and working on pages as projects to add to progress towards awards and promotions. Whether you want to help with the main page, or help Dek with the new House page, or even just add commentary and advice, I strongly encourage you to join in the effort. I’ve created an activity log google sheet where members can log in their activity for us summit leaders to keep track of. So, if you’re not yet in the committee, please feel free to let one of us in the Summit know. We’ll be more than happy to have you with us.
Just a few reminders. We’re still in need of a Rollmaster. If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out to us for questions or just go ahead and send in an application.
I’d also like to remind everyone about the Run-on Mune is hosting for the clan. This is still going on, so feel free to join in! If you have questions, please reach out to Mune.
Dek is also running two comps for House Empire’s Chosen! They both end in one day, so check them out and get those entries in!
Xendar is also hosting a competition for the entire DJB! Please check that out as well!
The rebuilding of CSP is progressing thanks to the Wiki, but we’ve plans to help it progress even more with future competitions. Competitions that will allow you, this Empire’s flame, to determine where the story goes. We are also working with outside forces towards future events, so keep your eyes open for that. I want to thank the Summit for helping to get things rolling along, but I also would like to welcome back and thank Kadrol for wanting to get involved as well in the wiki project along with his fellow wiki committee members. As Dek has said in his report, we have a competition heavy season coming up. I look forward to seeing how all of you, the children of the Empire, will steer the course in CSP’s history. If you’re interested in helping in other ways, or you have ideas you’d like to pitch to the summit for the Clan or House, please reach out to us. We appreciated what you all had to say in the survey Mauro had put out, and we’d definitely appreciate any further feedback or input you may have.
