If anything, this month has been, hopefuly, an exciting and active month for all members of the battleteam and for Ajunta Pall overall. The House V. House feud went well as far as entertainment and competition went and, I feel, showed a tremendous effort by both houses to establish themselves. While I definitely want Ajunta Pall to win, that’s not the key function to my job, what I want to see is everybody’s participation, enjoyment, and reward; which I believe I saw much of in this feud.

Now, last month we saw a shift in leadership and, not that you need to hear this again, several new people took charge of clan, house, and battleteam, including myself. I would first like to congratulate those leaders and their mentors (Ophelia), in guiding us along in the DJB so far. Second, and I say this with utmost happiness, I’d like to thank you guys of the BT for making this feud so worthwhile and competitive for everyone in Plagueis.

Now then, let’s get to the whaladon meat of this report, shall we.

Monthly Perspective

So, as I said earlier, great job in the competition for all of those that participated. Most of it was designed to be easy, but there were some time consuming competitions that many participated in, to which I say thank you for the effort. One last thing, I would like to say thank you for responding to my earlier email to the battleteam. We are at a time where I have some members who have not been around in as much as four months, and that requires me to make contact with members to see who wants to participate and who does not. Some of the long gone members, I have not had responses with, but I have had contact with a few individuals, and at least one of them is wrapped up in real world responsibility right now and cannot yet participate. I will inform the house summit with a more in-depth email at a later time.

For the most part, almost everyone on the team participated and was rewarded, and for that I say congratulations.

While I say we have made a lot of effort and participation in our recent competitions, not all our efforts win first prize and, while this seems like a contained list, the battleteam is participating.

BTL Check Up’s

While I never tallied the total number of replies I made to the team, I’d say about half the team responded, and I have the records to see who did and did not respond. I also have a short list of people who have not logged on in a long time, which I will keep confidential for now and share with the house summit later. Also, I sent a fair amount of one-on-one emails earlier and very few of you said anything. While I’m hopeful that this means we are all getting along fine, I’d recommend responding in the event you require help of some kind.

Conclusion

It’s been a good month all in all for the Disciples of Dreypa; we’ve put in effort, won some awards, and even got a new member. From the email responders, I received a very positive reply, and I think it just means brighter (or should I say darker?) times are ahead of us. As for now, keep trying and working towards your goals, you will only reach them in time.
