PoB Changes for SW:ToR
Very quick update. The Pendant of Blood (PoB) awards have been adjusted for Star Wars: The Old Republic (SW:ToR) to better reflect the state of the game. The “maximum level” award has been removed since the level cap is currently dependent on which expansions you own. An individual’s level cap could be 60, 70 or 75 based on owned content. With the legacy xp system unlocking after the completion of Chapter 1, the first time, on any character, this change allows even a full free-to-play member to earn all six PoBs.
The former award levels were: Maximum character level and then legacy levels 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50.
The new award levels are: Legacy levels 1, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50.

I have added additional clarity to the wiki: ** If you have already earned a PoB for any of the previous "maximum level" awards you are no eligible for the Legacy Level 1 award. This change is intended to replace "maximum level" with "Legacy Level 1".
