XP Survey

The main purpose of this report is to direct you all to the one-year XP Survey. If you've been an active member of the club at any time in the last year, you have very likely (though not necessarily) received a medal or promotion (or both) from the XP system that launched just over a year ago. I have some ideas for how we might tweak the XP system going forward, but before we make any changes I'd like to hear from all of you. This survey is for anyone who has received a medal or promotion since the launch of the XP system in February 2023. The survey is not anonymous because we want to be able to follow up on specific feedback as necessary. The survey will remain open for the entire month of February.

Please take the survey and give us your honest take on DB XP. The one thing I can guarantee is that XP is here to stay; the question is what changes might we make to it to improve the member experience. If you have any comments or concerns about XP that don't make it into the survey, please feel free to reach out to me directly about them.
