Welcome to a Vyry late report. In fairness, I was busy getting a whole new staff. More below.

A new staff, a new hope

First I'd like to say thank you to former Magistrate Cassandra Oriana Taldrya and former Herald Bale Andros for the hard work they've done for the Herald staff. Safe journey in your future endeavors and have fun along the way. :D

That said I'd like to introduce some new staffers!

Syrena Valkar aka Kav

Kav joined our small team during Bale's term. She's a professionally trained artist with a lot of experience in real world graphics. So far what I've seen that knowledge and experience translates very well into DB and Herald graphics, as you can tell :D

Sebastian Vasca aka Jazzy

Jazzy is one of the three new additions to the team. She is an experienced self-taught artist who excels in anatomy and has a really unique style. Jazzy has just started so there are no Herald images to feature just yet, but you can expect a lot from her in the future. She's got a good head for art and is a great addition to the team.

Seals

Seals is new to the team and the DB, having joined only 4 months ago! Seals has a good drive to learn and develop her skill in art/graphics in general and has taken to the Magistrate work as a challenge, having already completed her first Warbanner. I will have more of her work in future reports.

Lexiconus Qor

Lex joined the crew after applying n the previous application cycle, and takes Oriana's place. Similar to Seals, Lex has displayed a sort of daring-do in regards to Herald staff work. He sees it as a challenge and an opportunity to improve his skills. He too has completed a warbanner and is starting work on his first weapon.

Vailhanz

Last, but certainly not least, Vailhanz (aka Bruno Zachi) is a known quantity and quality in Art chat. His art is professional level and he never ceases to impress. Bruno's role will change a bit in the future as we adjust the staff to new work, specifically he will take on the role of educator for the staff and perhaps the Club as well. You'll have to wait for those details in a future report.

Discord Stickers Reminder

Soft reminder for the stickers on Discord: Each clan is allowed to submit 7 personalized stickers. These can be inside jokes, sayings, reactions, or expressions unique to your clan culture. These must be in good taste and anything deemed offensive or otherwise problematic will be declined. This is a good opportunity to promote art amongst your members or even run a sticker competition. Clusters of Graphite will be awarded to artists who supply art for these stickers (unless created as a submission to a competition or if they have already seen remuneration for the specific image being used as a sticker.)

Policy Updates

Warbanner

Some changes have been done to the Warbanner wiki. Mostly minor stuff concerning links and clarifications on Sashes. Check out the changelog for more info.

Additionally the PSD Warbanner v.3.2.1 has been released. Minor changes and additions have been done concerning Consul specific Sashes.

Closing

Short report this time, but I figured it was worth showcasing new talent. Say hi to the new Herald staff. Be kind to them for your dossiers are in their hands :D
