Coming up on the closing of summer I hope everyone's had a wonderful time. Soon we’ll be having some spooktacular fun to look forward to but for now relax, put on sunscreen and enjoy the last rays of the twin suns.

Aedile’s Thoughts

I’m just going to use my few sentences here just to say thank you really. I get the feeling someone decided to wish for interesting times on a monkey’s paw back in 2008, and we’ve been suffering that decision ever since. Of late though, it’s been getting especially bad, and just about everyone seems to be tackling one major crisis or another. So, if you’ve taken any time this month to do anything from competitions, to the wikia, to just reading this report, thank you.

I’ll also just add this - If you are, like I was, an addict when it comes to competitions and the freight train of life has completely derailed any plans to keep doing that? Pick one or two competitions to focus on. Really, it’s obvious but scaling back your focus to just a couple can significantly help you complete things, even when unforeseen events keep giving you grief. Especially if you’re in the unenviable position of someone denying you critical need-to-know information at every turn.
