Hi All,

My name is Xantros and, as you probably already know, I am a new Battleteam Leader of Wildcards. Welcome to my first report!

Introduction

I've been a member of the Brotherhood for over 15 years. Even though I've spent a bit more than last three years and a half in Rogues, I was still active and took part in competitions. During my time in the club, I have spent a lot of time in leadership and service roles like Scholae Palatinae Aedile, an Odan-Urr Rollmaster, a Magistrate to the Master-At-Arms, a Magistrate to the Headmaster (twice), a Professor of Writing Studies Department and a Professor of Leadership Studies Department.

I've spent most of my time in Scholae Palatinae, but I had a brief stint in Clan Odan-Urr. Some of the older members of the Clan may recognize me by my second character's name – Lithar Andaris. However, I was so bad in writing a NFU character that I switched back to Xantros again. Still, I'm planning to update my character to fit his new role as a Battleteam Leader.

Despite being a subpar writer, I actually like writing the most of all activities in the Brotherhood, even though most of competitions I take part in are Puzzles. However, I've done graphics (poor people who had to judge my stickman entries) and gaming (mostly old Pazaak and Hearthstone, plus maxing ships in Star Conflict when Pendants of Blood used to be a thing) too. Sometimes, I had a feeling that Pazaak wasn't so random as it seemed to be..

I also like projects aimed to improve things and creating content for people, which made me freelance for the Shadow Academy even when I was not an official member of the SA cadre. I've always been more than happy to share my knowledge with other people. This may be somehow related to my work. In real life, I work as a screening analyst in ABC/AML and Trade Compliance area. I onboard new people into my team and use my expertise to help them understand the process and become independent analysts.

Communication and plans

My primary plans for the close future are related to settling myself in the Clan, the House and the Battleteam. I need to familiarize myself with the current lore and fictional events taking place in Odan-Urr. Additionally, I'm going to adjust my character to the new role and the lore of the unit.

Another part of the process of finding my place in the Clan is contacting every member of the Battleteam. While I recognize names of most of you, I want to learn more about each and every of you. I want to understand you, your needs, your goals and cyour apacity to remain enganged and active member of our community. I will contact each of you, most probably through the Discord, but I might drop you an e-mail if I can't contact you via the Discord.

Once I'm settled down, I will be more active in terms of setting competitions for our Battleteam to give opportunities to remain active and earn some shinies. This is also one of the reasons I want to know you better – to make sure that I create competitions that suits you and your needs.

Finally, I am here for you. This means that you can come to me with anything that you would like to talk about. Summary

It's going to be both a calm and a busy month as I have lots to learn after the hiatus from activity in a Clan. Still,feel free to talk to me in any case. See you next month!
