Howdy Jen Kaari! Hope it's been a good month since my last report for you guys. I know it has been for me - I celebrated my birthday a few days ago, and so I've been recovering from all that fun since. Not a huge amount to report, but let's get into it anyway!

News from the DB

• From the most recent report by the Fist, looks like Star Conflict is now an official Tier 2 game for the DJB. I haven't played it, but from what I've heard it's World of Tanks... in space. Which, y'know, sounds interesting. I might pick it up and give it a whirl soon.
• The ACC ladder for Fading Light is still on-going. Unfortunately, all three Tarenti participants have been knocked out - I actually just got the notification my battle with Dark Prophet Halc got graded as I was writing this report. Que sera, sera. It was a long shot to beat a DP anyway :P

News from the House

Tarentum is in the very tail end of its own House-wide Vendetta, with most of the competitions it entailed winding down tomorrow. I've had a lot of fun with the run-on, and a major shout-out to those of you who participated - Levathan, Kalmah Sidhe (who isn't in JK but still decided to roll with us!), and especially Anshar. You don't have much time, but you still have enough if you hurry to submit entries for the other competitions. They include a poetry competition, a trivia competition, a TOR competition, and a Wiki design competition. I'm hoping to get my entries in over the next few hours, and if you want to compete remember you don't have much time left!

News from the BT

Two members of Jen Kaari submitted for the motto competition - Aynar d'Tana and Anshar - and between the two of them we got some really awesome potential mottos. It wasn't easy to only pick one out of the quality they gave me, but I went with one of Anshar's submissions: "Protecting from the Shadows." There's a lot of different ways we can take that, and in a couple of weeks we'll have another competition for the BT that'll allow us to expand on it. Well done to both of you.

• Anshar -> Cr-1T (for placing first in the motto comp), Cr-1E (for placing first in the Enhanced Techniques comp)
• Aynar d'Tana -> Cr-1Q (for placing second in the motto comp)
• Garloaf -> Cr-1A (for placing second in the DB-wide ToR Raiders naming comp, nice!)
