Now Hiring: Magistrate to the Voice

Now Hiring:
Selika Roh di Plagia, known to most as Slagar, has chosen to resign from their post as M:Voice, and I wish them the best of luck in future endeavors. This leaves an opening in our staff for a new Magistrate.
Applications for this position will be open from 12APR2026 - 26APR2026:
Please email your applications to me directly ([Log in to view e-mail addresses])
Expectations for a Magistrate of the Voice are pretty straightforward:
- This is primarily an administrative Position:
- Your job will focus primarily on Character Sheet Administration, Custom Discipline Management, and Joint Review of Species/Feat/Skill Proposals.
- You will be expected to work in a team:
- While a lot of approvals move through our office on a checklist, we like to double-check any sheets with errors against multiple sets of eyes.
- We move on timelines:
- We strive to keep tight timelines under 24 hours for CS systems (Shista happens, but, it's the goal).
- Wiki work is encouraged but not necessary:
- The Voice has a list of protected Wiki Articles that need to be checked and updated periodically. If you are wiki inclined, you may be delegated update tasks alongside our Praetor.
- While the position is primarily administrative, I hold that every team member should drive some activity of their own.
- Proposals, competitions, engagement, etc. are all things that should be driven from within the office, as well. Even if what you do for the team is not public-facing, it should be public-affecting in some way.

Where do we send applications? Discord, email, mIRC?
Updated for clarity. If any of you actually have my mIRC handle and send me an application (yes I still use it) you're disqualified.
Wolfe - What if it's sent via snail mail to your address, done by typewriter?
I'll eat another Ewok Steak for dinner.
