So long, and Thanks for All the Fish

I wanted to take a moment and just echo the words of Vivackus and Teylas and thank Dralin for all of the hard work he put into the Rollmaster's Office. He did a great job making sure our new members felt welcome and ensuring the battle team leaders got the help and support they needed. I for one, truly enjoyed working with you and I hope you're able to take the time now to do all of the writing and things that you joined the club to do in the first place. I'd like to thank Vivackus and Teylas for giving me this opportunity to try and fill Dralin's shoes and I hope to work closely with them to ensure that this office is performing to the best of it's ability and keeping our members active and having fun!

Mostly Harmless

I wanted to take a moment and personally congratulate and thank Kelly and Onwai for stepping up to lead their respective battle teams. The job of the Rollmaster would be a lot harder and more time consuming without both of you and I'm very grateful for all of the work you do with the Journeymen. It can often be difficult to keep new members engaged and progressing through the ranks, but you're both doing a phenomenal job and I want you both to know how thankful I am for it.

I'd also like to take a second and congratulate both Octavia and Ragnar on their recent promotions to Equite 1! I know they have both worked very hard towards these promotions and I'm very happy to see them both achieve them. I'd also like to welcome Athrun and Mayda to the Clan. We're always happy to see new members in the Clan whether they are new to the DJB or transfer in!

Life, the Universe and Everything

Since taking over in this position a couple of weeks ago, I've been looking steadily at not only our Journeymen members but also at our more senior members that have become or passed the rank of DJK. I was surprised to see what the actual rank breakdown was in Clan Plagueis and decided to speak with the rest of the summit regarding some ideas I had as to ensuring no member ever gets stalled at any rank, but especially the dreaded bump between DJK and Equite 1.

As you can see, the largest slice of our Clan is in the Dark Jedi Knight rank. A great rank to be sure, however not one you want to feel stalled out at. What we've worked out with the rest of the Clan Summit is to get the House Leadership more involved with their more senior members. The Promotheus report tool is a great tool for the Journeymen ranks however once a member reaches the DJK rank, they can often feel left out to sea without so much as a rudder. Our house leadership will be taking on a similar role to our battle team leaders at this point in our member's DJB career and will start helping guide these members to whatever their personal goals in the DJB may be. As most of us know, there isn't a set list of things needed to complete in order to progress past DJK, but our Quaestors and Aediles will be helping these members by reaching out on a more personal one on one basis in order to help these members figure out what sort of activity they need to maintain in order to achieve their next rank, and to help come up with projects or ideas for things these members can do. Introduction

So the final phase of the Restoration event is upon us so I would like to take a break from working on entries to update you all on the achievements of the team and there’s some stuff I’m working on, most of it should make an appearance in the next report pending any progress.

Disciples of Dreypa Battle Team Report

1) Biggest news from the Disciples this week is that DeCicco was promoted to Jedi Hunter. An amazing accomplishment which brings him one step closer to the coveted Dark Jedi Knight milestone.

2) DeCicco and Onwai are representing DoD in the last chapter of the Restoration competition going on in the Clan. Excited to see how well we both do in holding up the Journeymen banner for Ajunta Pall.

3) DeCicco was elevated to Rank III within the GMRG. Awesome job!

And Another Thing…

With all of the changes in leadership that the Clan has been experiencing, we have truly been living up to our clan motto of Adapt. Ascend. Avail. We've adapted to the changes in leadership, we're awaiting to see which house ascends into dominance, and the leadership will be availing themselves of the new level of member engagement we've reached.
