Returning for my second report, I extend heartfelt wishes to each of you for a Happy Valentine's Day! As Nora Olen, your dedicated Proconsul, I am thrilled to reconvene with our vibrant community.
In the sentences that follow, anticipate an array of updates and announcements that promise to infuse our clan with even more excitement and engagement. Clan News
As our galactic adventures continue to unfold, Clan Plagueis brims with anticipation for the exciting developments on the horizon. Allow me to shed light on the forthcoming endeavors that promise to invigorate our community.
Ascending Conflict: House vs. House Event
Prepare yourselves, esteemed members, for the exhilarating clash known as Ascending Conflict, set to commence on February 19th. This thrilling house versus house feud within Clan Plagueis will ignite our competitive spirit and camaraderie.
Here's what you need to know:
Team Details
Ascending Conflict pits house against house in a series of challenges designed to test our mettle and determination. Each week, eight competitions will be unveiled for participation, alongside one event-long competition. The house with the highest cumulative points earned by its members will emerge victorious, claiming bragging rights and glory.
Scoring System
Participation is key! Earn five points for every event you participate in by submitting a valid entry. Effort is rewarded, so make sure your submissions reflect your dedication.
In addition to participation points, the top three individuals in each competition will earn placement modifier points, with first place garnering 4 points, second place earning 3 points, and third place securing 2 points. Each event will have placement point modifiers based on its perceived difficulty.
At the end of the competition, individual scores from all three weeks will be tallied, with crescents awarded to the top performers. Total scores for both teams will determine the ultimate victor.
House Training Camp and Discord Events
In other exciting news, Clan Plagueis has initiated a Training Camp session at the Pinnacle, offering a beginner-friendly roleplay experience on Discord. This engaging roleplay opportunity runs until February 23rd, providing ample time for participation and storytelling. Afterwards, keep an eye out for a more advanced/regular roleplay coming up shortly after.
Additionally, keep an eye out for upcoming Clan Plagueis Community Event Nights and Social Nights in our Discord server, featuring a variety of gaming events and community interactions.
