New Proconsul

I'd like to officially announce the appointment of the new Plagueis Proconsul (Same as the old, ooooold Proconsul): TuQ’uan Varick! TuQ has been an absolute rock for Clan Plagueis since his return to the summit, and he's hit the ground running as Proconsul already (having technically been on the job for a bit over a day and a half already. I know he'll continue to do the type of excellent work we've come to rely on, and will especially be able to bring everything he's learned and developed as Quaestor this time around to mentor our house leaders moving forward.
