Thank you to everyone who applied for the open Regent Staff positions! The number of applications was greater than I was anticipating. I was very pleased to see so much interest in joining the Regent's Team. The quality of all these entries made this decision terribly difficult one to make. Alas, a decision must be made. Thank you again to everyone who applied!
After reviewing all potential applications, consulting with my peers, and scrying into the orb, I've reached a decision on the new appointments to the Regent's staff. I have also made some organizational changes to the staff.
First and foremost, Congratulations to A'lora and Nemo! They have been selected to join the team.
As for the other changes, for now, the Praetor position will remain unoccupied.
The staff will instead consist of 4 subordinate roles under the Regent:
Special Magistrate - No Term Limit - Anubis will continue to serve as Special Magistrate. His knowledge and expertise is indispensable.
Permanent Magistrate - No Term Limit - Teebu/Cassandra will continue to serve and be classified as Permanent Magistrate.
Rotating Magistrate - 6 month Term - A'lora/Morotheri will serve as a Rotating Magistrate
Rotating Magistrate - 6 month Term - Nemo will serve as a Rotating Magistrate.
In 6 months, applications will be opened again for the two magistrate roles. If the new staff members are interested in remaining on the Staff, they may reapply at that time. As for all of the other applicants and those with continuing interest in joining the Regent's Staff, keep your eyes open when the term ends!

May the spreadsheets be forever in your favor.
All praise to the orb.
Congrats all.
Can you explain the differences between Special Magistrate and Permanent Magistrate and why they are two seperate roles even though theyre indefinite, and the need to rotate out some magistrates but not the other roles?
