Hello Mortis!

It has been a couple of weeks since you last heard from me so I thought I'd say hello again. This time I want to put a new policy forward, in response to some conversations I've been having with some of the other leaders around the Clan.

Basically it boils down to the fact that we want to make sure we recognize everyone for their efforts. The website sends email notifications about a lot of stuff and if you've ever been in a leadership position you might already be aware that it's easy for things to get lost in the shuffle. There are some good tools available now to help with that but they're not perfect: not everything gets recorded by the website, after all.

That's why I'm asking for your help. If you see someone in House Mortis who is doing a great job, who goes out of their way to be helpful, who displays great sportsmanship in gaming or writes something really good or for any other reason you think is deserving of recognition, please say something to me, Geosh, Samael or Solas about it. It can be email or Telegram, and just a quick note about what they did. We'll collect the notes and submit recommendations when they're appropriate.

Doing this will be a huge help in making sure that everyone gets the awards and promotions they deserve. We'll still be watching for opportunities to hand out awards like always but the extra feedback will help a great deal.
