Welcome all to my third report as leader of Shadow's Bane. Here I'll be talking about Shadow's Bane's role in the club fictionally, some things I myself would like to add to the team and plans for the upcoming months ahead. This report is meant for my members to have ideas over the things we shall discuss about and have a vote over which path we should follow. Anyway's into the report.
A battleteam is small and compact that can serve the Clan in very big, yet small ways. Many battleteams through the course of Naga Sadow have been known to operate as small hit and run groups, operating in the shadows. This is one of the courses I would like to take. The following options I feel would best serve our Clan, House, and Battleteam as a whole are.
Shadow's Bane takes a literal approach, operating from the shadows. We run small missions for the Clan that involve little to no involvement in anyone's part besides us. We become the assassins/hit-man of Naga Sadow. All the small things with great influence come to us and we do our best to accomplish the goals set before us in an indiscreet manner. Take it as a spy/secret agent type manner.
Shadow's Bane takes the completely opposite route and isn't as discreet as it can be. We continue to operate as normal but split up into our "path routes" and help out in our own individual manner. With this being said you can take on that stealthy approach, but you are not limited to just that.

So as a battleteam, we need a base or forward operations center where the team as a whole can train, rest, and prepare for missions. Since we belong under the Marka Ragnos roster, we are limited to the areas under its control. your options are as follows.
We can remain at Terra Do Gelo under our already existing base. We'd see to the modifications and extra expansion to our base and operate from their in our usual manner.
Shadow's Bane can move anywhere under Marka Ragnos control, but for this option to be considered a majority vote must pass. If the vote passes in this favor, it is up to the voters as to where the base shall be moved and how we do it fictionally.
(Any graphics you may want to do for the base are all welcome and appreciated and will be voted on for approval for the wiki.)
As you may already know, (or not know), I have been lately busy with my schools recent musical production. Now that that is over, I would like to resume a steady flow of a competition or two out for the Battleteam and Clan as a whole to participate in. If you need better help understanding, think of it as the competitions Jeric used to put out before his leave. With that, I hope in awarding battleteam members an extra shiny or two with these competitions.
As you may have heard, Naga Sadow will end up doing a competition with Clan Scholae Palatinae. As a battle team leader, if any fictional RO competition comes around, I would like it if the battleteam can get a few post up as to helping out our own lore, and your own. This is a very prestigious team that has potential, and where ever the place may be I wish that the battleteam as a whole participate together and drive not only the team, but each other forward.

Yes everyone, this is still a thing. As you probably know, the Clan now uses WhatsApp, a free messaging device that can be downloaded onto smartphones. PM Locke or Ceth and they should be able to add you into the group.
Also, IRC and Hangouts still exist, and I, as long as everyone in the glorious Summit suggest you go out and talk to your fellow members in the Clan. Don't be shy or late to the party everyone, it's only just started :P.
Yes, even though CNS does not suffer from the whole declanning issue, one of our own is coming close to that Rogue stage. I encourage all you guys to visit the DJB site once to three times a week, check out any reports someone from a different clan has made, or seeing what's new around the neck of the woods. It would pain me to see you guys go, so please remember to log in.
Anyway's that's all for now! Also, if anyone is up for making a nice graphic for reports, I'm all ears.
