Well, golly gee. I’m a bit out of my depth here so bear with me. All of you pretty much know me so I shouldn’t have to introduce myself too much. Again, I’m still trying to gather myself and get up to speed with everything This report will be pretty much me learning how to write a report, a state of the BT, laying out the future of TA, and some other news/announcements.
So the first thing I’ll bring up is the battle team cup. Its ends VERY soon (March 4th). BUT. we can still get our name on the board. I’m not asking much, there are some easy competitions out there that we can do to pile up those points. I’ll create a section in the competitions highlights section filled with the less time-consuming competitions. Remember, you don’t have to spend hours trying to get the highest score unless you want to.
Currently, the Caperion competitions are still running I highly suggest participating in those, even if its only one comp. Right after this ends on the 4th, the next series of competitions called ‘Expansion’ will start up and these will last until April 5th. Past this is more in the planning stages but essentially competition will be more house-centric in the month of April
Our BTs potential is very strong but it will take a lot of hard work by all its members to reach it. My goal by Halloween is to have the most active battle team in the clan. It’s a tough ask and real life is always hard on all of us but I’m sure with summer around the corner and some steady and solid participation, we can hit that goal. I will work Kylex who I will have to depend on to keep me sane through all this with his input. Despite my lofty goals I will never force anyone to do comps but I will never hide the fact that I want you guys to have fun with all aspects of the DJB including the comps.
I myself have been subjected to some very serious time constraints since January, however, I will be going home for spring break and my bosses have hired some new people who I hope will take some of the burden. Needless to say, I have been very disappointed by my own participation and will strive to lead by example moving forward.
The biggest thing for me is to show you guys that you matter. Whenever I read fictions I always hope to see my name at least mentioned and it always exciting to see it. As time goes on and especially the comps in May I hope to push for more character involvement in official fictions. It's tough but definitely doable. In the next month or so I would love to get a deeper understanding of each of your characters so at least in TA related fictions and other works, you guys can be represented accurately. It can be irksome when you see your character being described completely the opposite as you picture them.
I’d like to apologize for this part. I want to get this report out ASAP and get you guys rolling a bit on the comps before the current Caperion series and the BT cup ends on the 4th. I also am still trying to figure the mechanics of this out so bear with me. I will try to get those I missed in next month’s report. I’d like all of you to know how much I appreciate every little thing you do for this BT, the house and the clan at large. Keeping active is tough but making sure you're at least in tune with the happenings and trying to make an effort to participate is extremely valued. :)
The competition I suggest to push TA to the top of the Cup standings are listed below (I feel like I’m talking about Premier League SOCCER or Bundesliga for Shadow GO Köln or maybe the House cup RAVENCLAW). I just want to make it clear that I don’t condone submitting with no effort. Example: If it's a flash game your score shouldn’t be 50 when the next highest score is 15000.
Started with a Song You don’t have to be Rumi or Wordsworth but just put a bit of effort in and you can call yourself a discount Dr.Seuss at least.
Writing on the Wall Not terribly difficult. If you don’t know the answer just give it your best guess. :)

Pony-rony Its an Imperium comp but participation still counts. :) also the soundtrack is a lot better than expected.
Raiju’s Aquatic Adventure Another Imperium one but still something you get done fairly easily.
MAA Puzzle #16 These can take a little more time but can be knocked out in less than 30 mins

To end this I’d like to give my thanks to the summit and everyone else who has supported me and have given me this opportunity. I’d like to give a special shout out to Shadow who will be instrumental in helping me prepare for this role in the coming weeks. I have big plans and aspiration for us a group and I hope you all will be by my side for this ride. I have big shoes to fill but I'm definitly looking forward to it.
I’d also like to congratulate Raiju, Mako, Shadow, and Lex, and Reiden on their new positions and I look forward to molding this clans future together to the beat of ‘Hips Don't Lie’
