Stellera System - Concordia

The silhouettes of Korvis Manda’vod and Juda Graves stood at the large windows of the Concordia. Mimic station burned as T-85 X-wings spewed out of the Consul’s flagship like carrion flocking to a fresh carcass. Tiny balls of fire flashed in space as the clean up crew picked off any stragglers foolish enough to make a stand.

“It’s yours, Korvis.”

“This was all too easy, Juda. It doesn’t feel… right.”

Juda turned to look at his Consul before the door leading to the bridge burst open. Scurrying up to the two leaders of Vizsla, a deck officer saluted before attempting to state the obvious.

“Sir, someon-”

Juda raised his hand to silence the officer and the two looked on.

Sliding through the door on his belly was a battered middle-aged man. His white hair was stained with blood and as he pushed himself up on all fours, a Mando donning Rally Master armor came in and stomped down on his back, pinning him to the floor and aligning the barrel of an amban rifle to the back of the prisoner’s head.

“Chrome, we should’ve known.”

“And who do we have here. Surely this isn’t the leader of the mighty Clan Fero?” Juda grinned behind his mask and knelt down to look the prisoner in the eye.

“I-I nee- need to.”

“You need to what, Mandalore?” Juda mocked, placing his hand beneath the man’s chin.

“We all, we were tri-tricked.”

Korvis stepped up next to Juda and with a flourish drew the spear from his back and pressed the razor sharp edge against Cagg’s throat.

“Speak plainly.”

“A miraluka pulls the strings. She is pow-powerful and wise.”

“Liar.” Juda grimaced.

“Pl-please, I have nothing left. You have taken my home and destroyed my people. Wha-what do I have to gain by lying to you?”

“Then indulge us.” Korvis growled as he dug his blade in a bit deeper.

Cagg gulped and slowly pushed himself up, looking to each member, seeking approval as he did so. He was now kneeling but the Consul’s blade never left his throat.

“Her name is Su Well. She promised my Clan an armada and wealth. If I could unite the Mandalorian clans- she called me Mandalore. What was I to do?”

“You know that’s not how it works, right?” Chrome spoke up, cradling his rifle in the crook of his arm.

“Where is this woman?” the Rattataki pressed for more information.

“I don’t know. I swear. She only ever spoke through comms and an enforcer that she called the Gatekeeper. That’s all I know.”

Korvis stepped back and lowered his weapon as if he acquired the secret to immortality.

“Chrome, send for Kanal and Hector immediately. Take this piece of trash to a cell.”

“A cell, why don’t we just end it here?” Juda growled.

“He’s too valuable to kill. At Least for now.”

It is finished!

The Great Hunt has come to an end. Korvis and I were thrilled to see 53% participation for the event and are eager to dig deeper into this developing storyline as the House leaders work to plan out another Clan-wide series which should be kicking off within the next month or so. Stay tuned for updates on that.

Another round of deserved elevations, congrats everyone! With the new XP system in place, we’ve seen members finally receiving these long overdue elevations and awards and it makes me a very happy Proconsul!

In The Works

So with all of that out of the way. I’d just like to touch on a few things currently under development for the Clan.

A page for the Anvil (Clan Vizsla’s main base of operations on Daemunn) has been put up. Shimrah aka: Tuuka helped me get this done and I’m thankful for all of the work he dumped into this project. While it may not be HUGE as of right now. As we progress, it will gradually grow in size.

I also plan to have a few other wiki pages up within the next month or so which will include -

• Clan Fero

• Su Well

• Cagg

• Sunda

• Gutter Boyz

• Intelligence Branch

And a new project that I’m helping Hector Von Ricmore with. A new Force User friendly branch/division for the Clan. This will be an effort to give members who prefer playing a Force User an inclusive outlet for development and creativity. While we may have a Mando vibe, we have members from all walks of life so I don’t want you all to feel like the black sheep. Hector has typed up a nice proposal so we will continue to iron out details for this.

As mentioned earlier. We will continue the First Blood storyline which will lead into House events and there is talks of a potential Clan Feud slotted for later in the year. This will potentially keep us busy until the next Vendetta and will give us a fresh start for next year. However, I encourage you all to run some competitions of your own. Don’t think that because we have these events planned that we don’t want to see what you guys have to offer. I know that there are already some competitions being run by the other leaders in the Clan and to kick start February we will see the return of the Bounty Board. We will be sure to keep you guys posted through emails and on discord so keep your eyes peeled. Look forward to an exciting year, Vizslans. I know that I am.
