The Legend

Deep within Mandalorian lore lies the tale of Vajizzilor, the mythical warrior of Clan Vizsla who emerges during the holiday season to reward the most resourceful and ambitious members of the clan. Unlike other gift-bringers of galactic legend, Vajizzilor does not concern himself with notions of "naughty" or "nice." His singular criterion for judgment? How many credits you’ve brought into the clan’s coffers through bounty hunts, contracts, and other lucrative endeavors.

Clad in striking pink armor that sets him apart from his battle-hardened brethren, Vajizzilor traverses the galaxy in a heavily modified Kom’rk-class fighter adorned with festive lights. Instead of a sack of toys, he carries a beskar-plated satchel filled with bespoke gifts—tools, weapons, and rare gear tailored to each warrior's trade. These treasures are delivered to the clan's finest warriors as recognition of their loyalty, skill, and contributions.

Legends say Vajizzilor has an unerring sense for detecting false bravado and credits earned without honor. Those who attempt to deceive him may find themselves the recipients of an empty satchel or, worse, a public shaming before their peers. To be acknowledged by Vajizzilor is to earn not only prestige but also the respect of Clan Vizsla itself—a true mark of Mandalorian greatness.

However, this year, the season’s change brought more than a blistering cold. The great hall, Saga, has been filled with a dispute. Multiple hunters claim credit for a prized target, but Vajizzilor will hear none of it.

He’s made his decree clear; the clan will identify the correct killer and all others in contention will be put to the axe.

Context:

This year’s holiday event includes a Knives Out-inspired whodunnit along with regular holiday-themed competitions. Throughout the competitions (not including the container or completionist) clues have been hidden to lead members to the correct killer. Some of these clues are included in links hidden through competition pages, some clues will be revealed upon completing competitions, and others will appear in clan reports, announcements, or a RP session hosted this month.

• This container will award the overall scores for the competitions held within. There's puzzles, gaming, fiction, graphics, and plenty of holiday specific events.
• The 'Whodunnit' can be found here for those that want to get right to solving the mystery. I promise there's no clues on this competition page but there are resources.
• The 'Completionist' can be found here for those that want to collect all the clues. I promise there's no clues on this competition page but there are resources.

Scoring:

It’s the holidays, so participation counts for more.

Each individual will earn three (3) points per event they participate in. Participation is defined as a valid submission for an event. Simply signing up for an event or uploading an unqualified submission will not count. In addition to participation points, the top three individuals in each competition will earn bonus points.

• Participation is 3 points per event
• 1st is 3 bonus points
• 2nd is 2 bonus points
• 3rd is 1 bonus point

Most points at the end of the event wins. Ties will be broken by the amount of competitions participated in, followed by the number of top 3 placements.

This is a Vizsla-only event, non-Vizsla will be disqualified from this event. Membership has its privileges.

It’s an absolute pleasure to be bringing Vajizzilor back to the clan. Yes, the correct spelling has two i’s. Unfortunately, ChatGPT wasn’t a fan of his name so some lettering had to be sacrificed for the event images.

Current Operations:

• Vajizzilor Returns: Axes Out links to the main competition. There should be something for everyone, don’t forget to keep track of clues you find along the way.
• December Bounty Board - Don’t forget that in addition to the Axes Out event (which is Vizsla-only) we still are offering a monthly Bounty Board that is DB-wide.

Between the two container competitions, there should be a lot of opportunities throughout the month to earn towards our new Vizsla Bounty Tracker - more info on this will be coming in my next report.
