Welcome to the Tenth Clan Vizsla Consul Report. This report will focus on a singular topic: a Proconsul. The recent Dark Jedi Brotherhood vote for Justicar resulted in our club's first ever non-confirmation of a JST or Grand Master. The resulting vote also resulted in Eminent Kalan Amak moving to the Rogues. Because of this move, Clan Vizlsa is without a Proconsul. We seek to replace Kalan with an equally motivated and fair member to help Clan Vizsla in our future growth and competitions.

Requirements:

1) All Applications Must Be Submitted by 20 March 2021.
2) All Applicants must be aware of Clan Vizsla systems, in particular, the fact that we do not award the Clan Name for Subjective Reasons. The Clan name is only awarded for participation in Club Events and contribution to the Clan's Credit Account. This, as the man says, is our way.
3) All Applicants must hold the rank of DJK or above.
4) All Applicants must be aware of and support the Dark Brotherhood Covenant.
5) All Applicants must be decisive, confidant, and capable of leading a Clan. Your selection as Proconsul of our Clan is an indication that you can serve as our Consul.
6. All Applicants must understand the culture, ethos, and philosophy of Clan Vizsla. Lead by example, generate and promote club content, and recognize our members.
7. All clan leaders must train subordinates and prepare them to take on higher levels of responsibility.
8. All Applicants Must Understand the Clan's Telegram Policy: Clan Vizsla strictly adheres to tenants outlined within the DJB Covenant. Adult content is tolerated, but not pornagraphic or hateful. Avoid excessive swearing.
Please see section 7.06 of the DJB Covenant, specifically: Crude Behavior – Members must not engage in crude behavior in any mode of communication. Crude behavior includes, but is not limited to: the excessive use of swear words; provocative speech; excessive sexual discussions; use of inappropriate graphics; and unabated insults toward another’s real-life political affiliation, nationality, gender, race, color, age, disability, military service, creed, heritage, or sexual orientation.
9. Harassment – Members must not engage in persistent harassment or torment, outrageous attacks on any other member, or actions that are deliberately and maliciously meant to harm other members’ enjoyment of the Brotherhood. This includes statements and actions taken to attack a member’s real-life political affiliation, family or significant other, gender, race, color, age, disability, creed, heritage, military service, nationality or sexual orientation. Members may not know or understand that they have offended others. When informed, we enforce a strict apologize (warranted or not) and disassociate policy.
10. Applicants will enforce the Vizsla Telegram Policy: The Vizsla Telegram chat channels are for the benefit of Vizsla clan members first, and other members second. While members not present on the Vizsla roster are permitted and encouraged to join and participate in the Vizsla clan channel, priority is always given to the needs of the members of the clan. If any outside member is annoying (defined by members of the Clan, they will be removed).
