Things to expect in this report:
--- NEWS ---
To start off, I'd to begin with my favorite news this week, and that is the promotion of our very own Wardens XO Aiden Dru to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight! Aiden has shown what it takes to become a Knight in the Brotherhood, and has shown his love for this club by completing the daunting task that were his DJK Trials.
I expect everyone to give Aiden a warm congrats, and to keep pushing him to new heights.
Secondly, Halc ran a Clan wide competition for the creation of a Motto to fit Ektrosis. Listed in his report title (report: https://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/news/reports-ektrosis-qua-report-4-our-watch-eternal-our-aegis-strong-our-brotherhood-unbroken) is the new motto, and It's a long one.

I am pleased to be a part of the forming of the new and improved House Ektrosis (Her 3rd run as a House), and this Motto just makes me that much more invigorated!
In unrelated Wardens news, I would like to honor one of Taldryan's most auspicious members by mentioning the awesome Tarax Eosphoros Kor Taldrya. Tarax is... how shall I say, a "special" member. He has been known for many things in this club, but I for one agree whole-heartily with the Taldryan Summit's decision to award Tarax with the prize from last month's Fading Light Run-On. The award given to Tarax is in fact, the blade of Revan. Okay all, here's the bulk of the report! I'll start off with awards, promotions, SA, ACC, GMRG, etc..
Warden Aiden: Crescent with 1x Ruby Star Snagged 23 Clusters of Fire Snagged 3 Clusters of Ice
Warden Raistline: Earned a Scroll of Indoctrination for roping in Catmatui into the dark clutches of Taldryan. Muahaha! Shadow Academy Old Republic History exam Crescent with 1x Quartz.
Warden Zoron: Crescent with 2x Topaz and 1x Emerald Snagged 2 Clusters of Ice
--- ACTIVITIES ---
First, during my insomnia I've been spending a decent amount of time playing the new Action-style flash android (and iOS) app known as Star Wars Assault Team, which has been released by Disney gaming. It's kind of addicting.
There's the campaign, as well as special promotion and level-up style matches that you can play, as well as a cool online-dual mode called the Aerna.

I'm brain-storming over here to see how I can make a competition out of this for us, so keep your eyes peeled.
Secondly, Halc, Quejo, Dru and I have begun working on the Wardens DJBWiki. This thing is in need of some help, and a complete overhaul. We have a great direction in mind for the Wardens, and eventually there will be a competition or two directed towards our Wiki.
We have been in discussion as to where we should take the Wardens fictionally, and where their stance in Taldryan will be. Being a part of the "Shield" of Taldryan (House Ektrosis), and having a name like the "Wardens", we have decided to take our group towards a very "FBI" style unit, fictionally. There is more detail in it than that, but that sums it up quite nicely.
We have been dabbling with this idea since the creation of the Wardens, and don't worry... there will be plenty of room for your character to fit in, grow and become a leading factor in the workings of the Wardens fictionally, and OOC! Stay tuned for more updates!
Thirdly, as stated in Yack's Proconsul report (seriously, go read it plz), the next round for the Fading Light bonus-Crusade rounds will be slated to start around the 25th of April. And, as we all should know by now... this event will be an ACC Event. I have been finding a hard time trying to qualify due to my crazy Real Life schedule, but I plan to just sit down and get it done. I love the ACC, and the new ACC is like being a kid in a candy shop for me.
So my charge to you good people of the Wardens: Sit down for an hour or so, set aside some time and read through the course material for the ACC Fundamentals and the ACC Qualifier Shadow Academy exams. It may seem like a lot, but the ACC Fundamentals is a fun, easy exam that gets you familiar (or for some of us, a nice refresher) with the Antei Combat Center. The Qualifier just makes sure that you understand the basic rules, modes and workings of the ACC.
Once you have completed these two courses, you have a large chunk of future DB activity at your grasp! So don't hesitate!
Fourthly, the Taldryan Gatekeeper competition is underway for the month of April, and we need to unseat our Proconsul from his 1st place spot during last month's event! Somehow, someone, let Yacks win March's edition of the Taldryan Gatekeeper. I hold myself in partial responsibility of this action. But it is time that the Wardens step up and claim this position for Ektrosis!

Sid's random DB-wide pick of the week: Beat the Bounty Hunter: https://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/competitions/7671 This is a cool event where you act as a bounty hunter, going to collect a bounty and must fight off another bounty hunter who is going for the same bounty. Both your target and rival bounty hunter will be revealed upon subscription to the event.

Okay, time to close this bad boy.
The past two weeks following my last report have been full of dreadful sinus infections, beer, putting out fires that get started in kitchens and tax returns!
With that in mind, I apologize for releasing this report much later than I had specified in my placeholder on Wednesday. I've been battling with not sleeping as of late, and I finally was able to get myself a full 8 hours the other night, so I had to put this report on the back-burner.
There is some good news, though, and that is I finally have started to see the parts for my new computer start trickling in the mail. If all goes well, I will have a computer up and running by Tuesday! Yes, a REAL computer. One that I can write to you fine people, game with you fine people and submit decent competitions! I am so excited, and this has been a long time coming. I'm pretty sure another chunk of my life will be taken away due to this piece of technology, but that piece will be given to the DB (that means you fine people who are reading this).
So for now, huzzah, and do ALL OF THE THINGS!
